Returns & Exchange Info

Any items marked 'Custom' are non-refundable/exchangeable as they are custom made to order. If they are faulty or do not arrive then they are eligible for the below process: 

I have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Each item comes with washing and care instructions, please follow them to ensure your item lasts. If you do not follow these instructions you are not entitled to a refund or exchange. If you do and any rhinestones fall off please contact me for a refund/exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive your item and decide you no longer need it or you want to exchange your order for something different on the website, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify me.

In this case, you will be responsible for the return postage cost, please use a tracked service as I cannot refund/exchange if I do not receive the product back.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

★ In the same condition as received
★ Unworn or unused
★ You must be able to provide proof of purchase

You will be notified once I've received and inspected your return and I will let you know if it has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you requested an exchange instead of a refund, your exchange will be sent within a week of me receiving your item back and you will receive an email once the exchange has been sent out to you.

Damaged or lost items

If your item arrives damaged, lost in transit, you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & non returnable items

Custom products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty or lost in transit, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
